Addiction doesn’t just affect the individual - it reaches deep into the family unit, straining relationships, trust, and emotional well-being. As a mother, you may feel responsible, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn. At Holistic Recovery Coaching, we offer a safe space for you to process your emotions, set healthy boundaries, and support your child.
Whether you’re grieving the loss of the child you once knew or struggling with the anticipatory grief that comes with addiction, you don’t have to face this alone. Grief in addiction is complicated, but it is also a natural, human response to the depth of love you have for your child. I’m here to help you navigate this grief and reclaim hope.
In the darkest moments, community can be the light. We host in-person support groups in Buffalo, NY, and surrounding areas for mothers and families impacted by addiction and grief. These gatherings are a space for you to connect with others who understand your experience, share your story, and gain strength through shared wisdom.
Please message me if you have any questions or would like to collaborate!
